I will do my best to accommodate appointment requests, but until you've heard back from me with a confirmation, please remember that it's tentative. Occasionally, when overly busy, I am a bit slow to respond to emails. If it has been 48 hours, please send another email, as I check email at least once a day. Thank you.

You can also call me at (925) 447-9294 any time.  You will always reach the answering machine, but I can hear you, so start talking. If I am with a client, I'll let you leave a message, and I will get right back to you. If the call is urgent, and I am here, I will answer.
