The Salon is now OPEN SEVEN DAYS a week !!!

I just discovered that Yelp! filters (doesn't count) reviews if a business continues to receive only positive ratings. While I feel that it's an unfair practice, I greatly appreciate the reviews I've been given. Anyone with interest in reading all the reviews left on my Yelp! page can do so by clicking on the "filtered review" prompt at the bottom left of the review page.

Lip Balms are in!  For those of you who've been waiting, my 100% Certified Organic Claudine's Lip Balm is available now.  Well, they're available for those of you who haven't been waiting too!

AND 100% Organic Black Cat Jam is available in the salon.  Check out the Products Page for what's on the shelves.

The website Community Bulletin Board page is up and running. I'm putting the information on there as I get it. Send me info about items you're selling or giving away, items you're looking for, and job opportunities, etc.  And make sure I have a concise introduction to your business, and we'll get a link in place!

Having the website up and running is fantastic in itself, and also enables me to send out those appointment reminder emails that have been so helpful.  Please make sure I have your email address on file, if you want a reminder sent to your inbox.

When you call, you'll probably get the answering machine.  Please leave a message.  I may even hear you and pick up, so start talking.  I am really good about responding to email, as I can do that any time of day (or night).  Please feel free to email me through this website or directly through claudine@claudines.net .

While almost all of you are wonderful about keeping your calendars up to date, for those few who struggle with keeping to a schedule, please remember:  I need 24 hours advance notice if you should need to change an appointment.  Emergencies are clearly an exception.
